Traffic congestion especially during peak hours can be a major issue in this locality.

Here are a few shops available and also it is less polluted. It provides a calm and peaceful environment for the people.

The village is remote. Here transportation facilities are very poor. It takes 3 hours for the next bus to go to my college from kinathukadavu.

There is ample opportunity for employment as it has lot of companies nearby. There is a good groundwater level. Its calm surroundings and good value of rent are given to the tenants.

Less availability of metro city facilities. For health, temporary hospitals ok, but to get more attention have to seek nearby metro cities.
